Poughquag Man Arrested in Carmel for Sale of Cocaine and MDMA from LOHUD.com

CARMEL — A Dutchess County man faces felony charges in the sale of cocaine and MDMA, a hallucinogenic drug, in town, police said.

James Telesco, 22, of Poughquag was arrested about 10:40 p.m. Wednesday after a three-month investigation by Officers Brian Shay, James Terrazas and Carmel detectives.

Police charged Telesco with two counts each of second-degree criminal sale and second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count each of third-degree criminal sale and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges are felonies.

He was arraigned before Town Justice Joseph Spofford, who sent him to the county jail without bail.
